Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU aprueba resolución que condena los asentamientos israelíes

(CNN) - El Consejo de Seguridad de las Naciones Unidas aprobó por votación este viernes una resolución que le exige a Israel poner fin a los asentamientos.

La resolución fue aprobada con 14 votos a favor y una abstención, de Estados Unidos.

Hubo aplausos en la sala tras la votación.

Cuatro países apoyaron el borrador de la resolución: Nueva Zelandia, Venezuela, Malasia y SenEgal pidieron una votación a la resolución inicial impulsada por Egipto.
